Sauerkraut and Pork

Up North, Pork and Sauerkraut are the New Year's staple! Since we are from the North, but live in the South we decided to eat both! :)

Ingredients:
1 pork loin or pork roast
20 oz sauerkraut with liquid
1 large apple chopped in large pieces (I used Fuji)

Directions:
Put pork in bottom of slow cooker, place apples around and top with sauerkraut and liquid. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Enjoy!
