Bean Burritos

Ingredients:

1 can fat free refried beans
1 can red enchilada sauce
Flour tortillas
1 c. Shredded cheese (any cheddar or jack cheese)


Heat refried beans in microwave until hot. Stir in ½ c. cheese and fill tortillas. Place each burrito in a casserole dish. Pour red sauce over burritos and top with remaining cheese. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is bubbly. Side ideas: Serve with a salad or Mexican rice.
