Bacon & Blue Cheese Chicken Salad Wraps

This is Cooking Light recipe that I am absolutely crazy about. For our family it is a meal that my husband and I eat after the kids go to bed on nights that the kids eat something early by themselves. However, I think that some kids would definitely like this recipe...in fact next time I make it I will have our oldest give it a try. The blue cheese is almost unnoticeable. It is not a real pungent flavor, just REALLY yummy!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 T light mayo
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic salt

3 cups chopped romaine
1 1/2 cup chopped, cooked chicken (6 oz)
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 medium tomato, chopped and seeded
Tortillas or pita pockets (we prefer tortillas)

Directions:
Cook chicken and bacon. We use the George Forman for the chicken and do the bacon in the microwave.
While meat is cooking, combine first 5 ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Set aside.
Cut lettuce and tomato and combine in a large bowl with chicken, bacon and tomatoes. Pour all of the dressing on top and toss to coat. Fill tortillas and serve immediately.
