Honey Salsa Chicken

This recipe comes from my good friends The Hokes. . . I had it at their house and keep making it often!
  • 6-12 chicken pieces (enough to feed your family)
  • 1/2-1 cup of salsa (use whatever level of spice your family can tolerate)
  • 1/2-1 cup of honey (local raw honey, can help with the seasonal sniffles and allergies)
Toss ingredients together and cook in the crockpot for 4 hours on high or in the oven for an hour on 350 degrees.

Serve over a carb - we like mashed potatoes the best - and spoon the sauce over as a sweet and spicy gravy.
