I'm planning on following the Pioneer Woman's brining & roasting recipe for the third year in a row this week. It's made the best turkey ever! The only change I make is that, during the first portion of the roasting time when the turkey is completely covered in foil, I roast the bird breast-side down - makes the white meat sooo moist!
