Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ok, so the children may not like these, but I made these for a church luncheon last Sunday and every last one got eaten, three people asked me for the recipe, and even people who said they "hated brussels sprouts" said they ate some, so I figured maybe it was ok to post here for at least maybe the mummies and daddies.

Halve brussels sprouts if they are large or leave whole. Put in a casserole dish and add some olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast at 450 until nicely browned. That's it!
