Farmer John's Pumpkin Bread

Let me tell you, My friend Christina brought these to a playgroup and...they were the absolute best pumpkin muffins I have EVER eaten! My children loved them too.

1st bowl:
2 c flour
1 1/4 c dark brown sugar
1 c granulated sugar
1 c coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c raisins (i used craisins)
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ginger

2nd bowl:
3 large eggs
1 3/4 c mashed pumpkin (i used a bit more)
3/4 c vegetable oil

Add wet ingredients to dry. Stir just until blended. Pour into 2 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 loaf pans. Or 1 loaf pan and muffins.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins.
Cool 15 mins and then remove.
