This is just about the most delicious recipe for cornbread I've ever eaten. However, it does not fall even close to the healthy eating category! It would go well with some corned beef for St. Patty's Day! That is what a friend of mine is doing tomorrow! :)
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
3/4 cup sour cream
1 c butter (2 sticks), melted
2 (8.5 oz) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
Combine all ingredients, pour into a lightly greased 9x13" pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
It will be lightly browned.
