A recipe from Ericka
This soup is especially good if your cupboards are a bit bare but you still have some ground beef in the freezer and a few potatoes around. :)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 stalk celery chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 cubes beef bouillon
5 potatoes cubed
salt
pepper
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large pot with onion and celery. Drain grease if necessary. Add potatoes and bouillon and cover with water. Let simmer until potatoes are cooked and soup is thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
