Chicken Enchiladas

This is a new take on chicken enchiladas from Kristen given to her from her sister...super easy and kid friendly!!!

1 pack of burrito size spinach tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cans of chicken or pulled rotisserie for a healthier alternative (both yummy)
Jar of mild salsa
sour cream

Drain and shred chicken (or pull chicken apart if rotisserie)
Mix chicken, enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese soup and half a jar of salsa. (Do not add water for soup)

Spray pan

Place mixture in tortillas and roll

Pour can of enchilada sauce on top of enchiladas
Sprinkle with cheese

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

dab sour cream on top
