Greek Chicken

This recipe came from Beth...who came in second with a new recipe for the blog! Thank you Beth! And this one looks SUPER easy, can't wait to try it.

5-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle of Greek salad dressing ( with feta and seasonings)
1 pkg. croutons - crushed
1 4oz. pkg. crumbled feta

1. pound chicken to 1/4in thick
2. place chicken in sprayed 9X13 pan - top with half of the salad dressing, half of the croutons and half of the cheese
3. bake at 400 for 30 mins
4. take out and top with rest of the dressing, croutons and cheese
5. bake another 5 mins

  1. I made this for the first time last night and EVERYONE in my family enjoyed it...from ages 2 to 32! Total success! I served it with corn and mashed potatoes.
