Salsa Chicken

This is a recipe that I just made up when I had next to nothing in the house. And it is yummie and easy! :)

Ingredients:
Chicken (any kind, breast, tenderloin...)
Costco's Mango Salsa

Directions:
Take frozen or thawed chicken, put in crockpot or stove-top pot.
Dump Costco's mango salsa on top.
Add 1/4 cup water to pot.
Simmer on medium-low for 2-3 hours stovetop or 4-6 hours low crockpot!
I like to serve with corn and a baked potato!!!

  1. That sounds way too easy - Im all for it. We don't have a that salsa though over here so do you think any old salsa would do?

  2. Hey Polly,
Yes, I definitely think that any salsa would work. Personally I would try something with a sweet hint to it...I think that is what makes it so yummie. :) Maybe a pineapple salsa? Let me know how it works out for you! Also, I'd love if you'd like to share a recipe that your family enjoys. It is so much fun to see what everyone else has as their favorites!
Take care and thanks for the comment!
