Chicken Chili

another recipe by Jennifer
(makes 4-6 servings)


• 2 chicken breasts
• olive oil
• 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
• 1 15oz can of kidney beans
• 1 15oz can of navy beans
• 1 packet of Simply Organic chili seasoning
• 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1. Sauté chicken in olive oil over medium heat, then cut into small pieces.
2. In a large pot combine tomatoes, beans, and seasoning.
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat and add chicken.
4. Top with cheese and serve.
