Easy Herb Focaccia Bread

This is a no-fail yeast bread recipe. Plus, it makes the house smell great!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes, Rise Time: 45 Minutes, Bake Time: 30 to 35 Minutes, Serves:8
Ingredients:
3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (I used bread flour, which worked out great)
1 envelope rapidrise yeast
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
1 2/3 cup very warm water (120F to 130F)
2 T shredded parmesan cheese
1 T italian spices

Mix flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add 2 T olive oil and water, stirring until well mixed. ( I like to add an extra 2 t of italian seasoning to the dough). Spread dough** into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cover.
Let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Poke several holes into the dough using the handle of a wooden spoon. Drizzle 2 T of olive oil over dough; sprinkle with cheese and seasoning. Cover.
Let rise an additional 15 minutes while oven preheats to 375.Bake 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned. Cool slightly and cut into slices; serve warm.

**dough will be sticky, not smooth like regular bread dough
